My name is Suiá and I am a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, certified in Sound and Reiki Healing, Health Coaching, Access Bars ® and Massage Therapy. I am passionate about showing you how to align your emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing, so you can live a heathy and meaningful life.

I have had an interesting and challenging journey, for which I am so grateful, because it has taught me everything I now know.
For many years I truly believed that a regular office job, with a great salary and the resulting financial stability, was everything I needed and wanted. But it wasn’t until I achieved this goal that I realised I was living someone else’s dream! Doh!
I was drained energetically and stuck emotionally and it was affecting my physical and mental health. This was not in my plan! But, it did teach me a valuable lesson.

Living and working in London, I figured out that office work was not for me. I was becoming more and more disconnected from nature and from people. I missed the magic of my youth back in Brazil where everything was sacred, people care about each other, and we were super connected to the spiritual realms. I realised I was living a superficial lifestyle and it was much more import to cultivate a healthy mind and body. This is the true measure of success, helping resolve problematic behaviours, beliefs, feelings and relationship issues.

In order to realign myself and follow my heart’s desire to help people, I had to return to my Shamanistic origins, including Sacred Plant Medicine, Pranic Healing and Community Work. I was massively guided by my heritage, particularly by my mother and grandmother. They had both been known as Healers while I was growing up, but I had overlooked the importance of their guidance. Consequently, their influence has actually been hugely significant.

So, I surrendered to my calling, went back to my roots and found my life purpose. I committed to learning about spiritual and physical healing in many different forms, taking all the relevant qualifications I needed to practice soul-led work.
I believe in setting intentions, plant medicine, sacred sounds and channeling energy. I believe that the power of vibrational healing can change the frequency of the world and heal our people.

As I see it, we can manipulate vital energies and open portals, as everything that exists in the world emits oscillations it is possible to harness this energy.

My mission is to empower people to a greater understanding of themselves through energy healing and rituals that allow you to dig deep and level-up. I am passionate about wanting to support anyone with the desire and intention to change their lives and obtain optimal health in the mind, body and spirit.

I am here to help you to reconnect with your higher self and become more aware of your divine powers.
