About Me — I’m Suiá

Somatic & Energy Healer, Trauma-Informed Guide & Creator of Somatic Flow Healing®

I support people in releasing stored emotions, regulating their nervous system and reconnecting with who they truly are. My work blends ancient shamanic wisdom from my home country, Brazil, with modern somatic therapy, intuitive energy healing and embodiment practices to help you feel lighter, clearer and more aligned with your authentic self.

My journey began after years in London’s corporate world in sales, where burnout, stress and emotional disconnection led me to search for healing again and return to my Brazilian roots and my family’s lineage of intuitive healers. This awakening opened the path to Sacred Plant Medicine, Somatic Healing, Energy Work, Spiritual Transformation and ultimately guided me to my purpose: helping others come home to themselves too.

After years of training across different healing traditions, I created Somatic Flow Healing® — a modality that blends somatic therapy, breath, intuitive touch, energy work and channelled guidance. It works with the nervous system, emotional memory and energy field to support deep release and reconnection.

I also offer Breathwork, Spinal Energetics, Sound Healing, Reiki, Access Bars®, Cacao and Hapé ceremonies, Quantum Radionic Table and intuitive guidance to support healing on all levels — emotional, physical, energetic and spiritual.

FAQs

  • Yes. I offer bespoke private sessions for groups, retreats, birthdays, wellbeing days and corporate teams.
    These can include Breathwork, Somatic Flow Healing®, Sound Healing, Cacao, Hapé or a combination of modalities depending on the intention of the group.
    If you’d like to create something unique, I’d be happy to design a session specifically for your group.

  • Conscious Connected Breathwork and Somatic Flow Healing are not suitable for pregnancy or individuals with certain medical conditions including high blood pressure, cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, severe asthma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or recent psychiatric hospitalization.

  • It’s completely normal to feel emotional—this work gently releases what your body has been holding. Emotions simply show that energy is moving and the nervous system is unwinding. You are always supported, guided and grounded throughout the process. After the session, you may feel lighter, clearer or more sensitive for a short time. I provide integration guidance so you know how to care for yourself afterwards.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before your session can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
    Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable, as the space and time are reserved for you and cannot always be filled last minute.

  • 1:1 sessions and a few group session like Sound Bath, Breathwork, Hape circle take place at my private Temple in Woking, a warm, intimate and sacred space designed for deep healing.
    My bigger events and ceremonies are held in selected venues across Surrey depending on the event. Full location details are provided upon booking.

  • No — you remain fully aware and in control at all times.
    The work can feel deep, but it is gentle, intuitive and guided by your own body’s pace. You are never pushed beyond what you can handle. Many people describe the experience as grounding, liberating and comforting rather than frightening.

  • No. My work is not tied to any religion or dogma.
    It is spiritual and embodied, drawing from ancient wisdom, somatic therapy and energy healing, but it respects all beliefs and backgrounds. You are invited to connect with your own inner guidance, not follow any external ideology.

  • Yes. I offer a few packages for those who want deeper, consistent transformation and nervous system regulation for – Spinal Energetics, Reiki & Access Consciousness Bars
    Packages help you stay committed to your process and offer a more supportive, long-term container. Please contact us for more information.
