Conscious Connected Breathwork
If you never done a Breathwork session before – do yourself a favour.

Mindfulness breath is everything! From boosting oxygenation, to reducing stress, enhancing focus, improving physical health, regulating emotions, enhancing athletic performance, improving sleep quality, supporting digestive health, regulating blood pressure and fostering mindfulness, conscious breathing is the ultimate wellness tool!
In its purest form, breathwork strives to provide a tool for self-directed self-discovery. This method involves prolonged periods of continuous breathing with no gaps or periods of retention between the inhalation and exhalation. The sessions are normally held in a group, but 1 to 1 option are also available for those who prefer to navigate their emotions in a private setting.
This Breathwork style penetrates the unconscious mind, dismantling egoic defence systems to access repressed memories, thoughts, and emotions. It is possible to process, integrate, and release trauma through ASC brought on by breathwork.
What to Expect from a Conscious Connected Breathwork Session
When you step into a conscious connected breathwork session, be prepared for an immersive journey into your own psyche.
A Transformative Environment
The session typically takes place in a group setting, which creates a supportive and collective energy. This environment fosters a sense of community and shared experience, which can enhance the therapeutic effects.
Guided Breathing Techniques
The practice involves continuous, rhythmic breathing patterns with no breaks between inhalation and exhalation. This seamless flow helps you reach deeper layers of your subconscious mind, paving the way for profound self-discovery.
Altered States of Consciousness
People can access their unconsciously stored memories and emotions during this state. As you breathe, you may enter an altered state of consciousness (ASC). In this state, individuals often report feeling deeply connected to themselves, others, and the world around them. This connection can lead to significant psychological breakthroughs and emotional release.
Emotional and Psychological Exploration
The continuous breathwork helps to dismantle egoic defence mechanisms, allowing you to access and process repressed memories, thoughts, and emotions. This can be a powerful tool for trauma resolution and emotional integration.
Physical Benefits
Beyond the psychological and emotional impacts, conscious connected breathwork offers numerous physical benefits. You may experience improved oxygenation, reduced stress, enhanced focus, better physical health, regulated emotions, and improved athletic performance.
Integration and Reflection
After the breathing session, there is often a period for integration and reflection. This allows you to process the experiences and insights gained during the session, ensuring that the benefits are long-lasting.
Community and Support
The group setting provides an opportunity to share your experiences and receive support from others who have undergone similar journeys. This communal aspect can be incredibly validating and comforting.
Overall, a conscious connected breathwork session is a holistic approach to wellness, addressing both physical and psychological aspects. It offers a comprehensive and transformative healing experience that can lead to profound self-awareness and personal growth.
